The General Tools section provides generic bioinformatics tools for data conversations or visualizations.  Tag Statistics : Summarizes the project tags in a bar chart. Venn Diagram : Shows all possible logical relations between a finite collection of different sets. FastQ Tools FastQ Quality Check : Performs quality control checks of FastQ files. FastQ Preprocessing : Filter contamination sequences and adapters to obtain high-quality FastQ files.
