OmicsBox has the capability to handle large data sets, but it requires a significant amount of available disk space in the system's temporary files folder. If you encounter issues due to insufficient disk space, refer to this guide for manual adjustment of the location for OmicsBox temporary files, such as moving them to another partition. The preferences dialog displayed on the right-hand side enables you to modify the temporary folder location. It is important to restart OmicsBox after making this change for it to take effect.
