The General Tools section provides generic bioinformatics tools for data conversations or visualizations.  Tag Statistics: Summarizes the project tags in a bar chart. Venn Diagram: Shows all possible logical relations between a finite collection of different sets. FastQ Tools FastQ Quality Check: Performs quality control checks of FastQ files.
